Tips on Keeping Motivation High
Inducement is an essential part of everything we do … It rules whether we will successfully achieve our goals and dreams through life. Motivation is our wish or level of energy to do something.
Our incentive comes from inside us, it is our drive primarily based on our need to achieve something, to do something, or to become something. Inducement also comes from outside us e.g. People, events, actions of others. Inducement is not a continuing — it’s usual to experience variations in our incentive level at different times… Occasionally our incentive is powerful and at other times it’s tough to find! When our inducement is strong, we complete jobs simply, successfully achieve our goals… We feel more positive about ourselves and what we do. Everything feels good. When we have trouble finding our inducement, things become more difficult… Jobs take more time to complete, we find ourselves simply procrastinating, our confidence and self belief takes a hammering…
Our energy and vibration levels are low! Although we can be inspired by others or external events, it’s the inducement that comes with in us that truly makes the difference in being successful. To give ourselves a much-needed boost… To keep our inspiring fire from going out :
* Set a goal that is vital and pointed for you… A goal that may enhance your life… A goal that excites you simply considering it. Outline the required steps you want to take to gain your goal and keep on that path! The more detailed your goal, the less complicated it is to keep galvanized and on track
* If your motivation has taken a holiday, you feel sleepy and unable to get anything done, you are aware you are procrastinating… Set yourself a cutoff point to realize something, to do something and keep it up till you have it finished. Make this a short while period e.g. Ten mins, and stick with that task for the whole time. It is important to set tiny time periods for yourself when experiencing low motivation
* Read motivating books — Read autobiographies of folk you admire, look up to, folk who have succeeded in some area of life. There are lots of inspirational writers and inspiring books are simply found on the net, library or bookshops
* Hear motivating audios — Some of my faves include : Bob Proctor, Brian Tracy, Tony Robbins, Jack Canfield… Download your favourites onto your IPod or burn a CD…
And hear them in the vehicle while you are driving, doing exercises, while you are waiting on queues or for appointments… Any time you have spare, play your inspiring audio!
* Write out a lot of inspiring quotes… And put them through your house, workplace, and on your PC. When you find your inducement is low, read the quotes
* Mix and socialize with folk who themselves are motivated. It is important to enclose yourself with folk you find motivating…
* Learn additional info or new talents on subjects that provoke you — when you find out more about subjects you find pleasurable and electrifying, your inducement increases and you become more assured and self-reliant have you got problems at times getting motivated?
