Folk must see that you settle issues and make calls based on fact and logic instead of emotion.
They have to know that you like them, give them respect, understand them and accept them not only for their robust points, but also for their drawbacks. They would like you to be fair. They must see you have integrity and a collection of values that they can rely on. Your standards must be ones that excite the very best in others.
